list?
Answer: We have done testing on our email list before
we release it. Our lists are only months old.
2. What about the demographic of the
email list?
Answer: Approximately ~100% Singapore emails.
3. How do you get all these emails?
Answer: Sources: name cards, newspaper, directories,
magazine, websites, etc...
4. Who's on the list?
Answer: Singapore company emails - director, general
manager, business owners, human resource manager, white-collar
executives, etc...
5. How frequent do you update your
email list?
Answer: Once a week.
6. What kind of format are these lists
in?
Answer: The email list is saved in plain text format
(.txt) with one email per line which makes them suitable for
any software.
7. Can I break the list into several
groups & send it out on different days?
Answer: Yes.
8. Do you segregate the list according
to industry / location / sex / age group?
Answer: No. This is mass email marketing.
9. Does it include company name / person
name in the list?
Answer: No. Only email addresses on the list.

10. How do I start using this software?
Answer: This is web-based email marketing software.
We will provide you a URL together with username and password
to login so that you can start sending email.
11. Can it be installed on my computer?
Answer: No, this is not desktop based software. You
have to login from the provided web link to start using it.
12. Can I send in HTML format using
this software?
Answer: Of course. You can insert pictures; design
your newsletter in full color, etc...
13. How often can I use it?
Answer: No limitation on number of campaign. You can
run your campaign anytime you want. However, if you sign up
the package 100, 000 email credits per month, you are only
allowed to send out up to a maximum of 100, 000 emails in
one month.
14. I have my own list; can I import
it into the software?
Answer: Yes.
15. Do I have to type the email one-by-one
into the software?
Answer: No. You can use the "Import recipients"
function to import emails from txt or csv files.
16. How long it takes to send out all
the emails?
Answer: It depends on the email size, etc... You can
logout from the system while the software does the sending.
Sending over 20, 000 emails each day is possible.
17. Can I subscribe to the software
only / can I purchase the email list only?
Answer: Yes. If you have your own email marketing software,
you can purchase email list only. On the contrary, you can
subscribe to our software if you wish to send newsletter to
your own list only.
18. Do you provide software training?
Answer: Yes. On-site training will be provided at additional
charge.
19. Do you help us to create newsletter?
Answer: This software comes with HTML editor (WYSIWYG)
panel; you may create and design the newsletter by using this
user-friendly panel. However, if you require a professional
newsletter design services, we can design your HTML email
newsletter from scratch for a completely unique look at SGD300

20. What is the lead time?
Answer: Client must submit to us all the necessary
information for blasting (e.g. newsletter content, photos,
logo, etc…) one week before the date of broadcasting.
We need 1 – 3 days to complete one round of campaign.
21. Do you help us to create newsletter?
Answer: Yes, each package comes with free newsletter
design. However, if you require a professional newsletter
design services, we can design your HTML email newsletter
from scratch for a completely unique look at SGD300 per copy.

22. Can I use my own sender name and
email?
Answer: Yes. Recipients receive your newsletter as
if from you.
23. How do I know that you’ve
sent out my email?
Answer: Campaign report will be provided as a proof.
It shows the number of emails delivered, opens, views, click
through rates, etc…
24. When can I request for the report?
Answer: Anytime. You may request for the report one
week after the campaign, because the open rates remained relatively
stable after a week from broadcasting date. FYI, you are allowed
to request for one report only.
25. If I sign up 3 campaigns, will
you send 3 newsletters to the same 50, 000 emails?
Answer: Yes. We believe that email marketing can help
to create awareness and you should do it over and over again
targeting the same recipient. However, we do add up some new
emails once a month.
